Quoted rates are US dollars per cabana, double occupancy (two people staying in one Cabana) and include daily complimentary hot buffet breakfast at Hi Tide. All rates are subject to 7.25% government occupancy tax, and 15% gratuity.

THE CABANAS
All soft-sided Cabanas are the identical size and configuration with a queen size bed, futon sofa, table with chairs, full balcony with table and chairs, a bathroom with a sink, water closet and shower. Cabanas are cooled by ocean breezes and air conditioning.
All Cabanas have ocean views. The prices of the Cabanas vary by season and we have added a new category of cabanas for 2007:
- Paradise Pier Cabanas (6): The deepest water at the Resort, branching off on the pier, jutting out towards Daniels Head Island. Standing over the water on stilts, all with viewing panels (2'x4') in the floor that reveal tropical fish underfoot, with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean.
- Top Banana Cabanas (11): Scattered around the coastline, stilted in the water or on the sea rocks with the tide coming in and out, all with viewing panels (2'x4') in the floor that reveal tropical fish underfoot. Offering panoramic views from the veranda.
- Aqua Vista Cabanas(26): Right at the water's edge surrounding the perimeter of the resort; anchored on the seaside rocks, beach or cliff side on stilts. Offering panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean.
- Sea Forever Cabanas (22): Set back slightly from the water's edge on stilts, offering unobstructed ocean views from the veranda; located close to the beach areas.
- Coco Coral Cabanas (19): Watchtowers in a scenic wonderland, set back from the waters edge on stilts- dotting the bluffs and nine coves, with partial ocean and coastline views.

Commander's House
If you're looking for a slightly different and truly unique experience, consider staying in the Commander's House. 9 Beaches is the former site of a Canadian Naval Base and parties of 2 to 6 people can stay in the Base Commander's House.
You'll have all the comforts of home like a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and living room with a TV and DVD player, plus beautiful ocean views and 9 unique beaches at your fingertips. Enjoy fresh ocean breezes on an enclosed sun porch and large covered verandah and still be surrounded by the ultra-casual atmosphere at 9 Beaches.
Rates for the Commander's House start at $799 a night for two people with a 7 night minimum stay. Prices will vary based on dates and size of party. For more information and pricing specific to your party, contact us or call 866-841-9009.
GRATUITIES:
A 15% gratuities charge will be added to all your charges at the Resort. It is shared among the 9 Beaches staff members so tipping is not required at 9 Beaches.
LOCAL TAXES:
The Government of Bermuda has an Occupancy Tax of 7.25% of the cabana (room) rate. There is no tax on food & beverage and/or water sports.
CABANA MINIMUM STAYS:
There is no minimum stay requirement except over US and Bermuda Public Holidays when a 3 night minimum is required.
DEPOSITS:
A two night deposit per cabana is required to confirm a reservation. The two-night deposit is applied to the first and last nights of the booking. For groups and wedding parties, a larger deposit (per cabana) may be required; please call or email for details.
CANCELLATIONS:
Due to our small size, cancellations affect us deeply. We therefore must adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Deposit will be forfeited for "no shows" and/or cancellations received within 21 days of arrival.
In the case of an early check-out or late arrival date, the two-night deposit is applied to any cancelled nights of a confirmed reservation. If the Resort is able to re-sell the cabana for the full period of the original booking, then there will be no cancellation fee assessed.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
We do recommend that guests secure trip insurance so an unforeseen cancellation or trip interruption and the subsequent possibility of a cancellation fee is covered by the travel insurance.
METHOD OF PAYMENT:
We accept American Express, MasterCard, and Visa, plus cash, naturally, as well as traveler's cheques. As a reminder, the Bermuda Dollar trades at par with the US Dollar--in other words, one Bermuda $ = $1 USD. So, there is no currency exchange risk between the Bermuda Dollar and the US Dollar.
AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION:
9Beaches is located on the western end of Bermuda so you can enjoy some of the most spectacular sunsets you have ever seen. The airport is located on the eastern end of the island.
Since there are no rental cars in Bermuda, you really have two options to get from the airport to the hotel:
- Taxi - There are always plenty of taxis waiting to welcome new arrivals. Once you clear customs you can select a clean and modern taxi that can whisk you straight to the hotel. It takes approximately 50 minutes and costs approximately $60.
When you leave 9Beaches the front desk will be happy to arrange a taxi to take you back to the airport for your journey home.
- Bermuda Host - This is a local transportation company that can arrange to pick you up at the airport and get you back less expensively than a taxi. You will share a van with other Bermuda vacationers and the time it takes to get you to 9Beaches will vary depending on how many stops the van makes along the way.

While you can't rent a car in Bermuda, once you arrive at 9Beaches, you can rent a motor scooter. This is a very popular way to get around the island.
