GETTING HERE
Flying to Bermuda is fast and easy. Because Bermuda is located in the central Atlantic Ocean, most East Coast cities are only 2 hours away.

 

 

 

From the U.S.


  • Daily flights from New York City (JFK)
  • Five flights weekly from Miami (MIA) on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday

  • Two flights daily from Newark (EWR), March through October, other times one flight daily

  • Daily flights from Atlanta (ATL), April through October
  • Daily flights from Boston (BOS), April through October

  • Two flights daily from New York (JFK), May through September
  • Daily flights from Boston (BOS), May through September

  • Daily flights from Philadelphia (PHL), March through December
  • Daily flights from Boston (BOS), May through September
  • Five flights weekly from Charlotte (CLT), June through September
  • Four flights weekly from Washington, DC (DCA), April through November
  • Weekly flights from Orlando (MCO), June through September

  • Five flights weekly from Baltimore (BWI), June through September 

  • Two flights weekly on Thursday and Sundays from Fort Lauderdale to Bermuda

From Canada
From Canada there are regular flights by Air Canada from Toronto and Halifax.


  • Daily flights from Toronto (YYZ)
  • Weekly flights from Halifax (YHZ), March through September

From Europe
American Airlines, British Airways and Zoom all fly to Bermuda from the UK.


  • Daily flights from London (LGW), March through October, other times four flights weekly

  • Two flights weekly on Thursday and Sundays from London (LGW), to Bermuda (BDA)

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION
9 Beaches is located on the western end of Bermuda so you can enjoy some of the most spectacular sunsets you have ever seen. The airport is located on the eastern end of the island.

There are 3 options you can choose from for Airport Transportation:

1. Bermuda's Reservation Service (requires 24 hours notice)

Shared Taxi costs $125 for 1 or 2 people round trip
Private Taxi costs $205 for 1 to 4 people round trip

2. Bermuda Triangle Tours (requires 24 hours notice)

Shuttle costs $55 per person for the first 2 travelers round trip and $40 for any additional travelers.
Private Taxi costs $165 for up to 3 people round trip and $40 for any additional travelers. (Taxis hold a maximum of 6 people)

3. An unarranged Taxi at the Airport and 9 Beaches

(Requires no notice from airport, requires 24 hours notice at 9 Beaches for return)
An Unarranged Taxi costs between $55 - $75 per taxi one way depending on day of the week, time of day, and amount of travelers. All unarranged taxis are metered. (Taxis hold a maximum of 6 people)
During popular arrival times, taxis are usually available at the airport, but not guaranteed. The airport authorities have personnel meeting all flights and they are there to assist. When departing 9 Beaches, a taxi can be arranged for your transfer by contacting the Front Desk 24 hours ahead of time, to avoid disappointment.

*Please note that all Airport Transportation Companies are not affiliated with 9 Beaches, however the two recommended above are the leading companies on the island.


While you can't rent a car in Bermuda, once you arrive at 9 Beaches, you can rent a motor scooter. This is a very popular way to get around the island. Our concierge can help arrange a scooter for you.

On your way home, be sure to visit the airport's duty free shops to pick up some great buys to bring home. Gosling's Rum is a favourite gift. Remember to save room in a suitcase to pack liquids, because you can't carry them on the plane.

All U.S. citizens, including children, are required to have a valid passport for travel to and from Bermuda.
