Cabana Accommodations
Q. What is the actual size of the cabanas?
A. 16 x 16 feet, with a 5.5 x 16ft. veranda.
Q. Is it possible to choose which cabana you want?
A. We can guarantee cabana types but not cabana numbers. If you have a request we will do our best to honor it, but at times we do need to move reservations around to utilize our booking space.
Q. What is the difference between the cabanas?

Q. Can an extra bed be placed in the cabanas in addition to the queen size and futon?
A. Unfortunately no, but please see special below.
Q. Do you have joining rooms (two bedrooms)?
A. No, but we do offer a discount for a cabana near you for your children if they are under 18 years old. Check out the Childrens Cabana Deal at (click on link to special)
Q. Do you have cribs for infants?
A. Yes, we have pack-n-plays available free of charge. Please let the reservations agent know when you book your reservation.
Q. Do all the cabanas have AC?
A. Yes
Q. Do the cabanas have microwaves or stoves?
A. No, but we do have food available on the property from 7.30am – 11.00pm
Q. What is a PP, TB, AV, SF and CC?
A. They are abbrevations for our cabana categories
PP - Paradise Pier
TB - Top Banana
AV - Aqua Vista
SF - Sea Forever
CC - Coco Coral
Q. What voltage are the cabanas?
A. 110 watts with the same outlets as the US.

Q. Is the Resort on the mainland?
A. Yes
Q. What is the fastest way to get to 9 Beaches from the airport, how long and how much?
A. By taxi, there are plenty of them waiting outside the departure lounge. Just hop in and say 9 Beaches. Costs around $55 and is about 55 minutes away.
Q. How do you prearrange a taxi from the airport?

Q. What is the meal plan advertised with the rates when you book online?
A. That is our Complimentary Hot Buffet Breakfast served daily at Hi-Tide Restaurant from 7.30am - 10.30am.

Q. Why are you closed from January to April?
A. To prepare for the new season.
Q. How does the deposit work if I am only staying for 1 night?
A. then we only take a 1 night deposit.
